Nuvali

Today we’re going to talk about Nuvali.

What is Nuvali? Nuvali is AyalaLand’s largest township development to date. It is approximately 2,200 hectares in size. It is composed of a diverse development ranging from residential development, hotels, hospitals, commercial areas, schools and many more. It is actually where you can live a full life. Nuvali is located in Laguna. It spans 3 areas namely: Sta. Rosa, Cabuyao, and Calamba, Laguna.

Inside Nuvali you will find different developments such as Abrio, Santierra, Treveia, Venare, Elaro, Luscara, and much more. The development also boasts a beautiful lagoon. This man-made lagoon is actually a feature that recycles the water.  Inside Nuvali are also great schools. You’ll find Xavier, you’ll also find Miriam. And around the area are top-notch schools such as De La Salle, Brent, Don Bosco, Saint Scholastica, and upcoming school is Everest Academy.

Nuvali is a place where you can actually establish a good life. You have so much open space, you have beautiful homes, you have underground utilities, you have the best schools, you have all of these nice commercial areas, there’s a hotel, and basically everything you need to live life.

Nuvali is also accessibly located from Makati. It’s a quick 40-60 minute drive. You can access it via Mamplasan Exit, Sta. Rosa, or Greenfield exit, which makes it very, very convenient for everyday living.

If you want to have a home in Nuvali, there are different communities with different lot sizes. So if you are designing a lifestyle, say for example you want to have a 2-bedroom home, a 5-bedroom home, a 9-bedroom, it could depend on the lot size and the property size that you will build on top of that lot. Now there are some communities that actually have large lot cuts like 800-1,500 square meters. You also have some communities that have smaller lot cuts on the 200-300 square meters. And you have these median but really great, amazing sizes: 400-600 square meters. So if you want to choose between those, all of them are actually available in Nuvali, which is great.

Now as for the features, many of these communities in Nuvali actually have clubhouses. So you will find a kids’ playing area, a large garden, pool, function room where you can have your parties, events, and celebrations, you have huge open spaces, basically a large playground for kids and adults for that matter. You have so much stuff that you can enjoy so that when you move out there you can actually have the quality of life you’ve always dreamed of. In the next few years, the Cavite-Laguna Expressway is also going to be completed. In fact, the first portion is said to be done by the end of this year. So what does this mean for us?
